I make these dishes for myself, my family and my friends whenever they come over. One of the playful things I like to do is to ask my guests to grade my recipes after they taste it on a scale of 1 to 10. Most give score of 9 or higher with the lowest score so far being an 8 from my harshest critic – my preschooler.
