Note(s):

This is one of my go-to meals when I start my day. It took me several attempts to get this recipe right to suit my tongue’s liking. I like to call this my “homemade heart-healthy blueberry-oatmeal swirl.”

This hearty meal takes away my hunger; is filled with phytonutrients, antioxidants and fiber; and is one of the strategies I used to lower my cholesterol and lose weight.

I like to drink 1.5L of water and a cup of Silk Almond Milk (Vanilla flavor – 240ml) afterwards to keep myself completely satiated and hunger-free for a good 6+ hours.

Try it out and let me know what you think!

Yours in health,
